Your challenge takes you from the coast towards Penzance, taking in the view of St Micheal's Mount, then heading up and down the undulating hills of Cornwall.

Enjoy the low traffic roads and lanes heading to Tavistock taking on the harsh climbs and fantastic views of Dartmoor.

Cycling alongside the river Exe, though country lanes and farm land, enjoying the great views from the Severn Bridge.

Riding North through the Lake District and over Shap - an epic climb and one of the largest on this challenge.

Crossing into Scotland at Gretna Green is the start of the rolling hills before making your way up through the highlands.

Along the north coast, from Betty Hill to Thurso your challenge is almost complete, with the finish line almost in sight. There is an opportunity to climb Dunnet Head, the most northerly point of the main land. Then on to John O'Groats where you will finish this legendary cycling challenge.
